I awoke with the thought, I really have a great life. I love truly love what I do and I get to share it with others. I can travel and meet amazing people from all over and teach near my home base and cultivate the community that is dear to my heart.
The last 2 days of workshops at Midtown Yoga in Memphis have been super juicy! The student base here is a full blend of beginners and long term, intermediate practitioners who are so open to bringing others along for a joyful ride. It is easy to feel at home here very quickly.
This morning we will dive into conditioning and finish off the afternoon with acrobatic flying.
I would love to share more about the town itself, but I must admit I haven't been out much. B and I are staying in Grace's adorable carriage house and loving the quiet space on the back deck. Each evening we have come back here made a simple meal and rested in this beautiful sanctuary. We may venture out tonight before heading to visit a friend in Nashville tomorrow.
I do miss my cats and kittens. The 3 kittens will be ready for new homes late July Early August. The middle, chubby, fuzzy one may be hard for me to give up. She loves to cuddle and sees the word sucker that must be running like a banner accross my forehead. The other two are incredibly sweet and playful. If you want some fuzzy love in your life, let me know. I would love to connect them with loving homes.
